At Turncom360, we’re more than just a tech company — we’re a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and uplifting nonprofits. Founded in 2017, we’ve built a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions to multimillion-dollar corporations, community nonprofits, and small businesses.

In 2021, we purchased our headquarters in Henderson, North Carolina — a small, rural, and historically underserved community. Since then, we’ve laid deep roots, becoming a catalyst for growth and opportunity in the region.

As a Minority-owned, veteran-led company, we operate with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to creating access and equity through technology.

Our Impact

Turncom360 is proud to be a force for growth and transformation — especially in communities that have been overlooked. Since expanding into Henderson, we’ve supported and scaled organizations making real impact.

GRRO, a multimillion-dollar corporation, started with 25 employees when they first partnered with us. Today, they have grown to 87 team members and counting, thanks to our comprehensive support — including infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation, and scalable IT solutions.

Through our partnership with Job Corps, we’re training the next generation of IT, cybersecurity, and telephony professionals. These students gain hands-on skills and, upon graduation, many are hired directly into our team — reinforcing our commitment to workforce development and community reinvestment.
